  • Items that have exceeded the return window.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

  1. Take clear photos of the item(s) and packaging.
  2. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and images.
  3. We’ll review the case and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error or defective products.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet shipped.
